 Psychedelics having effect on your skull? Face?

This may seem a bit unheard of but I've been noticing the frequent 'enlightened' psychedelic drug users have these 'bright' uplifting faces as well as bigger shaped heads, rounder features, more human-like, more evolving features to them.
Maybe this has to do with the fact that psychedelic/entheogens have played a role in evolution and that we're seeing it in play?
I'm aware these things take yeeaaarrsss to have a noticeable effect on the brain / body, but i can't help but notice in it in myself and others.
Has there been any study on this?

Evolution itself dosent affect individuals through their lifespan. Evolution affects the gene pools of the species over hundreds of thousands of years. Physical changes in a person solely due to psychedelics are unlikely.
Perhaps the reason that they seem more uplifting and bright are because they happy.

I have not noticed that trend, but if it were so I would think this:
The gene that causes people to have psychedelic use behavior, is also tied to a gene that causes them to look a certain way.
I'm pretty sure psychedelic users have all sorts of looks though.

Yes this too...I was thinking it could be the afterglow effect.
Then again i was thinking that psychedelic drugs are really just exercising the brain by deteriorating tissue and nerves - and then healing, hence the afterglow. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, for reasons we know why (insight, introspection, enlightenment, etc.) but prolong activity of this may have cause the brain to expand in size over thouussaannds of years.
My point is, seeing myself and others constantly smiling and literally - feeling the blood rushing through my face/head muscles after using psychedelics, could be a reason how psychedelic usage could have an effect on our skulls/brain.
That's just a thought that's been on my mind recently....and probably on other psychonaut minds as well..
