Aloha has over a dozen strains.
The 'best' shiitake strain is the one which will produce well in your climate, with your substrate, and the conditions in your grow area. There is no strain of shiitake which is 'best' in all circumstances.
There are cold loving strains, warm loving strains, some which require logs to fruit, while others perform better on sawdust. Some will fruit on straw or other crop waste. Some will only perform on hardwoods, while others do OK on conifers.
What are your conditions? I'm currently in the middle of testing two dozen shiitake strains on various woods, waste products, and growing conditions to find the 'best' one for my purposes. Your conditions may require a different strain. RR

well, thanks RR!
here the winter isn't too cold, temps rarely falls below 10 celsius degrees. could have only one week in the entire winter at 3 or 4 celsius.
the only sawdust available here is poplar or poplar/Salix babylonica 50:50 mix.
my plan is make jars with grass seeds/sawdust/bran, transfer the fully colonized substrate to mid size plain tupperwares, wait until nice bricks become formed and let fruit in a FC. the expected room temperature is 13 celsius.

Kill the green font please. It's unreadable unless I drag the mouse across it to highlight.
I'd go with shiitake 75 from aloha for those temps. RR
