The big men get hurt easily What the fuck happened to the Diesel?
Shaq is out for the rest of the regular season; he'll return in time for the playoffs. They really only brought him on for ORL and the Lakers. The Cavs stand a good chance to get through the rest of the conference w/o him.
Big Baby Davis slapped down on the ball and got some of shaq's R thumb when he was going up for a dunk, tore or sprained some ligaments in the thumb.

And already back on a 5 game winning streak with the best record in the NBA and by far the best record in the East

This is the best possible outcome for the Cavs.
They didn't need him during the regular season, and are a better team without him.
But they will need him in the Eastern Conference Finals, because Dwight Howard is on a fucking rampage and cannot be stopped by anyone on their roster.

I agree completely. I jokingly told my roommate the other day that Shaq was faking it so that he could rest until the playoffs

Cavaliers be doin' things again
As the day closes; it looks a little something like this Gains: Baron Davis via LAC, Semih Erden (24 year old, 7 footer out of Turkey) via Celtics, Luke Haragody (23, 6-7 Forward) via Celts, and biggest gain 1st round pick via LAC currently lottery pick eligible.
Losses: Mo Williams, Jamario Moon to LAC and 2013 2nd round pick to Celts
Overall, I wish we didnt have to take on Baron Davis' huge contract but being able to get a 3rd 1st round pick along with 2 round picks means the Cavs have a lot of potential. Any free agent adds would need to be vet big men. imo

Cavs certainly have the youth and talent to potentially be the Chicago Bulls after they signed Rose and Noah.
Returning Guards include: Baron Davis, Ramon Sessions, Daniel Gibson, and the underrated Manny Harris
Forwards/Centers: Jamison, Hickson, Varejo, Harangody, Erden and Eyenga
2 Lottery Picks + 2, 2nd rounders Bring us Kyrie Irving/Perry Jones or Derrik Williams and Jonas Valanciunas/Donatas Motiejunas/ or Kemba Walker (possibly John Henson if he slips to our 2nd pick)
2nd rounders will be used on role players, but should be able to get decent talent with a top 5 pick in the 2nd round.
I just hope Danny Ferry doesnt pull a douche move and trade our picks in this years draft for additional future picks
