Former police cadet arrested in huge meth bust

PORTLAND, Ore. -- A former Portland Police Bureau cadet was arrested in a raid Tuesday that netted 24 pounds of methamphetamine, one of the biggest such busts in the department's history.
Drugs and Vice detectives stopped a car leaving an apartment at 20300 North Morrison Terrace Drive in Gresham during their investigation. A K-9 indicated the presence of drugs in that car.
After getting search warrants, police said they found 24 pounds of meth estimated to have a street value of more than $1 million.
Detectives arrested 21-year-old Eladio Luna, who was in the police cadet program from October, 2008 to May, 2010 when he resigned.
Also arrested was 18-year-old Igcacio Luna They were charged with possession and delivery of a controlled substance.

That shit looks like it's packaged to be hidden in the wall and the strings hold them together.
Reminds me of an old cop show I used to watch as a kid.
