mycocurious - I agree with what you've posted...Im not very smart with words but im the type that need to hear it...watch it being done then i can follow it because i've got multiple learning disablities ... not saying that an excuse but I think im just going to buy the dvd

I apologize for getting backs up. I guess I should utilize the ignore function more often.
And to answer your question dumbfounded....RRs videos are worth every penny. What's more, if you read a few of his posts you will quickly recoup all of your money and then some. Before you drop some serious cash on some trendy myco toy or procedure, hear what he has to say about it. When a veteran of his caliber says it isn't necessary...don't waste your money...believe him.

No, not the whole set, but 1/2 the set, or one of the 2 DVDs are about PF cakes.
He won't sell only the DVD that might help, it has to include one nobody needs but a fool!

Only one small little section of disc 1 has to do with cakes, and there is another disc. There's also another DVD in the works I believe.

I'm sorry, but you're wrong. A very small section, 1 to be exact, focuses on the PF Tek. The bulk of these 2 DVDs cover many topics and are beneficial on more than one level. i have learned a great deal from the roger rabbit videos. sometimes it takes a while to get the technical information to sink in to this thick skull of mine. having the videos on hand, and being able to watch them when you need a bit of expertise, comes in handy. so far, Ive been able to replicate the procedures with hardly any failure. roger rabbit's repetition of proper sterile lab methods keeps you from veering off the straight and narrow path. just my two cents, from a noobie who has adopted this mycology thing as his newest hobby with gusto.
