Text her or something and ask her if she's really okay with continuing even tho she knows you have HPV. That way your back is covered, and you can bust that out if she catches it and lies about knowing.

You obviously do not feel horrible at all... You are mostly bragging.
She is a lying back stabbing jerk and she does not deserve a decent relationship while lying and knowingly spreading disease. You are also a jerk knowingly, spreading a disease. Sure, you told her and absolved yourself of that responsibilty... Perhaps you should let the innocent guy know he is gonna get a disease that will effect his sex life forever though...

If he is a decent guy, he will have to be honest and tell every girl he wants to bone that they will likely end up with warts... and maybe even cervical cancer one day.

Awebig: I'm not going to deny the fact that I still want her on a physical level.
I also don't want to make excuses (which is maybe why you think I'm bragging, which I'm certainly not), I know I fucked up, I know I'm an asshole, and regardless of what you think, I do feel horrible.
I really want to stop this from escalating to the point where other people get punished for our mistakes, but I can't tell her boyfriend. I have no idea who he is. She has to be the one to do that.

doesn't everyone have HPV? its spread by skin to skin contact... something like 90% of people have it when they die. it isn't that serious... unless it's straight up warts. that would suck.

HPV is so common and not a big deal. Yes, everyone has it. EVERYONE.
Not telling someone this before having unprotected sex with them IS a big deal. It's not ok. Period. Did you tell her before you fucked her or not?
If she is in a 4-year relationship and is also banging you (and whoever else), why are you so upset about possibly being the cause for them breaking up, if they do? It's obvious that she doesn't really want to be in a meaningful relationship.
I have HSV-1 (the coldsore virus) on my dick. Fortunately it's really mild and I've only had three actual outbreaks since I got it about two years ago. Keeping that in mind...
My girl and I met about 6 months ago (6 months on Feb. 1) and things moved really quick in the sac:
1. We went on a few dates and then banged all night our first time.
2. The Trojan Magnum broke, so we were like, "fuck it, it feels SO much better this way!"
3. We went on being irresponsible for a while and not using condoms, telling each other we were totally clean. Right. I had/have HSV-1 but never had outbreaks with her, and so she of course has never gotten it.
4. For obvious reasons, I started getting a lot of feelings of guilt building up for not telling her, and it became harder and harder, until the thought of it was almost paralyzing to me. I had grown to like her so much, and we had so much fun together. It was pretty much the best feeling I've ever had with a girlfriend.
5. During a night of mushroom chocolate and Molly with very supportive "family" in a therapeutic environment, I decided (realized) that honest or not, it was pointless to pretend to be in a perfect relationship when I was constantly hiding something from her because I was a coward. The thought of losing her to my own mistake was miserable, but she meant so much to me that I was really just stabbing myself in the heart each time I thought about it. I had to tell her, red handed. I might as well have put a clamp around my balls, tied a 10lb lead weight to it, and handed it to her right before telling her what was up.
6. I told her.
7. She told me that she could understand my fear of being honest with her, and that she had HPV.
8. I was dumbfounded. We both were hiding from each other for the same reason, but now, lying in bed together, out hearts pounding out of fear, we both came clean, together.
9. It was a beautiful feeling, the relief, having a clean slate.
10. We forgave each other, I forgave myself for acting upon my human nature, and we have been closer ever since. She could be the one, at least if she doesn't start cheating on me with douche bags at the 4-year mark.
I'm not posting this anonymously because telling you my story in my own ID (though you probably don't know me) has been the fear that has plagued me since I contracted HSV. I'm facing my fears, one by one, and maybe one day I'll be totally free. It feels great to share this with one of my favorite communities, despite most of you being simply represented by little avatars and text.
Thanks for reading, judging me or not judging me, and sorry to ramble off-topic. The first part was my response to the original question.

Thank you for sharing that, tropein. 
I did tell her beforehand, with a detailed explanation of what it is, what it does, how it spreads etc. She immediately said "I don't care, I still want to fuck you", but I didn't until the next day because I wanted her to think it over (so I actually had 20-something hours to think this over as well, and yet I choose to fuck up). I would never, ever, stick my dick into someone without them knowing. I'd rather face the embarrassment of admitting it, and risk possibly getting turned down than getting the "hey asshole! you gave me an STD!"-phone call. I've already gotten one of those calls, which was how I found out I had it in the first place. I do not want to go there again. Ever.
This whole ordeal is very complicated. For one, their relationship is long-distance. Like, really long distance. And she has slowly started to admit that things aren't really that great as well, over the past couple of days. The relationship has apparently started to stagnate, and she said they had discussed braking up not long ago. I'm almost starting to think that she want to get caught so he will dump her.
Either way, what's done is done. I know we both sound like complete assholes. But she's actually a really nice girl. Sometimes, shit just happens. I just really really hope she'll tell her boyfriend.

OMG Awebig! I had to inspect my penis and make sure it was okay after I looked at your picture. That scared the shit out of me.
I've never gotten much ass, in fact I've only ever had sex with 2 people, and only 1 more than once but I'll be damned if I want to catch something like that. How horrible would that be.

It is seriuos for women because it turns into cervical cancer...Everyone may have some types of warts on the skin but on the dick is different......I don't have warts.......Just like herpees everyone has them on the mouth but not on the dick or ass....
