Blowers, CFM's & flow hoods

Think I may have gotten a really good deal here, probably better than what I wanted found this blower on E-Bay for $9.99 but with only a min to go didn't take the time to check all the specs (you'd think I'd know better by now)
I suspect this blower is about 10x more powerful than what I needed for a flow hood.
does anyone know of a way to find the cfm of a fan without the manufacturs input? I've emailed them asking but so far no response.
The specs on the plate are nearly impossible to read it looks like its saying V= 420 *(can I even use this on household current?) temp rise 45 C rpm 3700
So now I'm wondering if I can match a filter to this blower or do I need to find another use for this device?
Thanks Green Shaman

You'll need the data sheet to find out the CFM @ the SP of the filter you'd like. It's CFM at ambient SP will not be sufficient. You will NEED to find the static pressure curve.

That is one meaty blower. You won't be able to run it off household current, you're going to need 3-phase. It would probably cost a fuck of a lot to get 3-phase installed in your house. 45 degree temp rise??? Jeez.. so the air comes out of that thing at about 65 degrees C. Lucky it only cost you $10, I doubt you'll be using it.

You could run at at lower than its maximum power.

Also there is a partcular circuit where you can hook up a 3 phase motor on 1 phase only.
