If they call you, you can call the cops, or you can go risk getting shot. Same predicament.

heres a fun hobby some of the people in my ghetto do. (sarcasm mode) they jack you, jump you and then make you walk home naked.
get a dog.
and think about this, outside a ghetto they wouldnt dream of killing somone because there would be a shitload of witnesses. The shooter would get caught mighty quick. But in a ghetto, as a white dude, when your dead there are no witnesses. They will not snitch.
it got so bad that our mayor started a laughable "start snitching" campaign.

 i was just on the phone with the housing company - they got the keys to me hoouse, we are meeting next monday, which is only few days from now to check the property and if its ok sign papers and move in straight away!!

Well we checked the property today... its got a tiny ass bedroom which sucks and i cant really find any use for it other than make it a huge utility room...
then there is living room, bath, kitchen ... where things get interesting: there are four different closets... all kinds of sizes!! 
And then theres a shed and a garage 
Plenty of room for improvement and engineering my lil grows and shit

so...... its been few months!
I successfully moved in.
Dog is here with me.
The best thing is content insurance: 1 dollar a week - $10,000 worth of content!!
Ohh and did i say i dont have to pay rent or housing tax!
Plus they deposited near to 100 bucks into my account cos its been cold 3 months... coldest on record! 100 bucks for gas...
Neighbour upstairs is a total crack head but i met few nighbours from other flats and we all complained!
