 dick smells like vinegar after oral - ive been tested and im clean.. so wtf?

had some crazy shit pop up 2 days after gettin some head. pissed fire, had a little discharge, so i went in to 2 places and got tested. got a shot for gonorrhea and pills for chlamydia. im done with the pills, still have a little burning once in a while when i piss, but now my dick smells like vinegar. WTF?!?!
its never smelled liked that before. not that i smell my dick on a regular occasion, but its noticeable now. could it be the meds or what? i feel like going back to the doc and askin whats up but idk if theyll be able to do anything.
gotta wait another week for the HIV/syphillis test i got done at the city health department. im sure im clean but wtf!?! vinegar dick?! no good.

Never had that problem and I'm no doctor, but...
I'm thinking a vinegar odor could be the result of a yeast bloom or something. After having a course of antibiotics all your beneficial bacteria get killed off. Get some good probiotics and ask the doctor if what I said makes any sense.
