I think my mono tubs are having trouble pinning (PICS)

Hey, I've got som mono tubs that looked almost fully colonized at about 8 days. So put them into fruiting conditions about 6 days ago. The funny thing is that i started 2 strains at the same time (B+ and PE) ... I started fruiting both at the same time. After about 2 days the PE started popin out pins. But The B+ hasn't done anything! I thought the B+ was the supposed to be fast but all its doing is sitting there looking like a beautifully colonized block of white that refuses to grow :P
The temperature inside the tubs are a constant 78 degrees. The RH looks good too. I increased air flow in the room and decreased the amount of polly fill in the holes (8 total). Misted (for the last 2 days), and just threw a casing layer (vermiculite) on one of them today.
All and all, im goanna give them acouple more days before i really start to worry. But this is the longest its ever taken me to get pins in a tub before, and i im starting to get skeptical. I took som pics so you can see what im seeing, and hopefully help me see something im not seeing, thx.

B+ is a little on the slower side. give it an extra two days and the B+ should start pinning

First of all I am wondering why this is in the "contamination" section.
Secondly, what are the temperatures in your fruiting area?

Because, its the only place they let me post it... i dont know why. Im new to making threads and post, and am learning how it works.
Soo ill work on that, all you gotta do is work on reading. And if you read it says, "the insides of the tub are a constant 78 degrees".
But all the same, if your willing to help it'd be greatly appricated. I was thinking the hydrometer might be off and the RH was too low, but all the tubs are done the same and i see speckly white mycelium on the PE pins that are growing. I believe thats a sign of high humidity if im not mistaken. I think the FAE is good... and the light is on 24/7 (which in my opinion, produces a larger yield). Spawned from wet bird seed to coir/verm substrate. I dunno what else is too do.
