Molten Lava Cake

Need some more baking advice again because I suck at baking. Found a recipe for Molten Lava Cake. 10.5 oz sugar 2 tbsp corn starch 8oz. bittersweet chocolate 2oz. unsweetened chocolate 10oz. unsalted butter 3 whole eggs(room temp) 4 egg yolks(room temp) 2 tsp. orange liqueur
Mix sugar and cornstarch in a separate bowl. Beat eggs and orange liqueur in a separate bowl. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Add sugar to melted chocolate and whisk. Add eggs to previous mixture and whisk. Portion 4oz. into 8 4oz. buttered and sugared ramekins. Bake at 375F for 16-20 minutes.
So, I made some extras just in case to test it out and I only have 3 left to bake and they need to be perfect. I baked 2 at 375F. 1 went for 18 minutes and 1 went for 20 minutes, but the bottoms were still undercooked. 1/3 was stuck in ramekin that was baked for 18 minutes. 1/5 was stuck in the ramekin that was baked for 20 minutes.
So, I've been reviewing other recipes, and they call for the oven to be at 425F.
Should I try 425F for 18 minutes or 375F for like 22-24 minutes?

I'm not an accomplished baker, but just thought I'd suggest swiping a coating of butter on your ramekins prior to the bake in order to help with the sticking problem.
Also, since it sounds like less was sticking on the 20 minute bake than the 18 minute bake, but they were both still somewhat undercooked, I'd probably opt to extend the bake time a little bit before I'd try messing with the oven temp.
Lastly, if you plan to do a lot of baking, get a cheap-o oven thermometer that you can hang from your oven rack. We got one here recently for like $3, which let us in on the secret that our oven runs about 25 - 40 *F cooler than advertised!

I saw in another thread you are at high altitude. Try cooking it covered for some of the time it's in the oven so the mixture steams, it won't be exactly right, but will be better than the results you're getting.
