 Pot legalization under different regimes   4

In the aftermath of the defeat of Prop 19, I was wondering what legalization would look like in America when it actually passes. Then I started thinking about how it would look under different economic systems. Here's my take:
Socialism: The Potburo pays growers by volume rather than by quality, so the pot ends up very seedy and schwaggy. Since prices are set by fiat rather than by supply and demand, there are frequent problems with over- and under-production, thus creating pot lines several blocks long when the stores get the new shipments in.
Communism: All pot is held in common, and bogarting is strictly forbidden. From each according to his stash, to each according to his bong.
Libertarianism: Several large companies have bought up all the prime pot-growing real estate. They use fertilizers and pesticides whose chemical content is a trade secret, and whose effects have not been tested on humans. Several stoners have opted to grow their own, thinking it to be free from such contaminants, but God only knows what's in the water supply.
Neoliberalism: One large multinational corporation has patented the genome for cannabis sativa, making it illegal to grow your own without paying them royalties.
Welfare State: Ever since stress, worry, and "taking life too seriously" were deemed medical conditions, everyone now has access to cheap, subsidized medical marijuana under the single-payer healthcare system.
Feudalism: The landed gentry own all the pot fields, and the serfs who farm the fields give 80% to the lords while keeping 20% for their own consumption.
Monarchy: Her Imperial Majesty the Queen has decreed that pot shall be free to all citizens who pledge their undying allegiance to the crown, but hashish is reserved strictly for nobles.
Theocracy: I don't know, but it would involve whatever the hell Pat Robertson is smoking.
Fascism: The National Party has funded a 6-year research project to genetically alter pot into a brainwashing drug, so that potentially rebellious stoner hippie types will become obedient servants of the State.
Anarchy: Whenever someone's pot field gets larger than everyone else's, an angry mob comes in, steals the stash, and burns the house to the ground.
