Hello, I am President Obama, and thank you for taking your time to come to this thread. I came here today to talk to you people, a demographic often overlooked. And that is the drug users/ drug legalization hopefuls who are typically of a younger generation. And although I post this in anonymous for obvious reasons, please take this seriously.
I understand that many of you are upset because Prop. 19 in CA did not pass earlier this November. I realize that marijuana is not as bad as tobacco, or even alcohol for that matter, as many of you know I have used it in my past childhood, something I am not proud of. This being said though, I do not think the country as a whole is ready for head-on legalization. I wish first to decriminalize, and have medical options for it available. And then, slowly but surely, work up toward legalization.
Please understand though that this will not happen overnight, as there are far more important issues in this great country right now. And by the time these issues subside, I will likely be out of office unless I become re-elected. The biggest problem right now is unemployment, which is hovering around 10% nationwide. This is unacceptable and the middle class is truly hurting right now. Ben Bernanke and I are hard at work trying to get the economy back on it's feet again in the near future. And obviously we are a country hard at war, a hot button issue in todays age. And as we gradually pull out of the middle east, other topics (such as drugs) will arise.
If nothing more out of this today, I wish that you people do not lose hope in the government. We are here working for you, and doing the best we can to better the country.

What if the most unlikely highly improvable thing was true and we all thought it was a troll? We'd be incredibly naive and less open minded than a drug forum would be suspected to be. Also we'd all be missing what could be the biggest thing to happen to the shroomery.
