Could this trip have done any brain damage?

As embarassing as this is going to sound, I really don't give a flying fuck anymore, because I have come to the conclusion that this wasn't my fault, and that I had absolutely no control whatsoever over my thoughts and actions on that night (I also have ADHD, a language/learning disorder unspecified, mild tourettes syndrome, anxiety/depression, plus some other undiagnosed mental illnesses/personality disorders (maybe not?))
Anyways, about a year ago, I had just got home after picking up the best mushies I'd ever seen in my life (I'm 75% sure they were Panaeolus Cyanescens, I got 7g for $40 CAD), before being informed that I was being kicked out of the house (which meant to the shelters for me) for disobeying most of the rules for quite some time.
These shrooms looked pretty spooky, so I only ate about 1g worth of stems to see what would happen. I'm pretty sure that I hit level 3 on that trip, while experiencing no physical side-effects whatsoever, so I was fine with eating a lot more the next night. This is the trip I'm really worried about. I ate like 3.75-4.25g with a huge white cap in the pile, and started tripping balls after 40 minutes (again, no physical side-effects throughout the entire night). At the peak, I was really pissed off about my life and couldn't think straight at all (I had just finished smoking a joint too). My thoughts started racing and basically all I remember is that I had enough and wanted to stop my brain from thinking (this is where the nightmare started).
My memory of the trip is really foggy after that point, but I'm pretty sure I started thinking "blablablablabla" to myself over and over again until I got caught in that loop and had that thought like 10,000+ times. It wasn't really that traumatizing, since I sort of brought it on myself (I wasn't trying to, though!). I probably had the thought "I am God" like 50+ times too, but I have little memory of the trip shortly after the peak. Since I was so desperate to get high a year ago (things have changed drastically now, trust me, I've had enough of being a nobody), I ate the remaining 1.5~g the night after and I believe I hit level 1.5.
Anyways, just to make a few things clear, NO, I'm not mentally challenged/retarded, I'm actually quite smart (my average score on an IQ test is 130), and my brain is functioning the way it was before that shroom trip (unless my mind is so clouded that I can't even remember what I was like before), although I didn't really think much about anything in life for like 4-6 months after that shroom trip (I only started thinking the way I thought before about 5 months ago. I also have a blank stare that almost never goes away. Could I have sustained any brain damage on any of those nights? Call me a permafried retard if you must, I could care less, I know I have too many problems to continue using drugs (atleast for the time being).

I'm guessing that every time you take a drug of any kind it damages your brain slightly, even if just 000000000001 percent.

anythings possible...but actual damage to the brain...no. atleast not with mushies.
but when i think about it. most friends that went off the wire where already unstable in the head.
arent you saying your fine now??? and with all those underlying mental issues lots of things could go wrong in a trip/

It's possible to develop post traumatic stress, or even trigger latent schitzophrenia. They can trigger seizures in people with epilepsy, and change the way you think. But brain damage refers to brain cell death or damage. Mushrooms don't do that. Ever.

Maybe I developed Olney's Lesions? There's no way that I couldn't have suffered any brain damage after that, the trip was TOO fucked. I rememember waking up and feeling a bit weird, but I felt a bit better as the day went on. My depression is better than it was before, and don't they say that brain damage brings on severe depression? But my depression is actually BETTER? I'm still waiting on the CT scan (which is for something else, actually). Hopefully I don't have severe brain damage.

Olney's Lesions are not associated with mushrooms; furthermore, they've never even been observed in humans.
You don't have brain damage.
Although I doubt you'll listen to me since you ignored everyone else too.

Well, seeing as how I have all of these problems, and I was stuck in a fucking retarded thought loop for like 6 hours, it's hard not to believe that I didn't sustain any brain damage. It's not that I don't believe any of you, it's just HARD to believe that I didn't damage my brain in any way.

if you were deep into k,dxm, pcp, and shit then Olney's would be a concern to me...
ive had to say goodbye to dissociative s. too much paranoia. K is tho, but good things must come to an end. i think my mind is already permanently switched to think diff from delics...but its not a omg my minds gone crazy...just a new way to see through my eyes.
although scripts prolly arent all that great for your organs. ..
has that been proven yet with K and stuff...
(sorry..getn ot)

Just relax dude... it sounds like you have other problems that weren't caused by the mushies. But I don't think tripping is for you. and you should stay away antill you are not so worried about all this stuff.

Why you think that if the trip is hard you gonna suffer brain damage? And what's actually wrong with you?

Sounds like you got some pretty severe degeneration of braincells, explaining the depression. The fact that your depression is fading seems to be a sign that you're brain is now in final survival mode, operating on it's most basic functions.

How long do people with severe brain damage live for? And how exactly would that have done any damage (it probably did, but what's the science behind it all?)

Why won't you listen to anybody? Thoughts loops don't happen because your brain is damaged. You didn't damage your brain from that.

I've had thought loops that lasted 6 hours long and I was eating myself from the perspective of a mutant cat,
brain damage!

Well judging from the discription of your symptoms, I would say about 2 more years, 3 at most. Have you been having any CP symptoms, and if so where they Hypotomic, Spastic, Ataxic, or Athetoid?

you might want to leave a note on your bedside for your loved ones. its too late...
fully kiddin...but youve already said you have like half dozen mental problems. shroooms will make them 100x worse.
ive been able learn to control as much as possible, since i have some mental health probs in the fam way back. so i have to respect delics and what they teach me.
if youre already always wiggin out. why would shrooms even found fun jc?

I didn't describe any symptoms of possible brain damage, I just said that I couldn't really think too clearly for 4 months after the shroom trip. My thoughts are fine now though, they are very clear and I have no trouble finding the right words when speaking to people. I've also asked my family members and doctors about it, and they said that it's unlikely, but I have to wait for the results of the CT scan just to be sure. 2-3 years? How the fuck is that possible from a shroom trip? Am I the first one in history of mankind to die from a fucking shroom trip?
