I get the music being subtly stuck in my head constantly now. When I become aware of it, I push it away and focus in the now, but it just sneaks up and it's as if it's always playing but it's just being quieted.. This is one of the hardest thought patterns for me to overcome. Any advice?
I've been doing the ambient music thing -- I go to www.last.fm and type in ambient and end up just letting those radio stations play continuously, newage ambient station is nice. Lots of "Ego crushing music" like this mixed in with chill stuff
