There isn't really any specific phrase that oozes sexiness to me. It's all about who is in front of me, and their presentation.
If there was a smooth sexy voice, from the mouth of someone I'm really into, talking about panthers and mutton, it could be sexy.

I find it sexy when a woman who can engage me intellectually. Looks are important, but all other things being equal, there's no bigger turn-on for me than a smart chick with an inquisitive mind and full of interesting things to say.

Intelligence and skill in a craft are the sexiest things to me.
If someone is very intelligent and has a hobby they're passionate and knowledgeable about, I find it very attractive.
I love being around people that always stimulate my mind and make me question the perspective I see the world from or help me expand it.
