NFL week 2....so far

A few things I'm happy about this season.
McNabb, who hasn't been appreciated in Philly in years, gets traded in division and looks good, beating Dallas.
Vick getting a chance and proving himself, looking like the pre-dog killer from Atlanta. Why Reid is starting Kolb, I have no idea.
The Cowboys sucking...
Favre sucking....and crying.
Aaron Rodgers stepping up. I know Favre has been gone for a while and Rodgers has been doing his thing, but if Rodgers sucked, the Favre spotlight would be even bigger, with Green Bay fans even more pissed off.
The Jets Defense...and Sanchez being given a chance to throw.
LT showing he still has gas left in the tank.
Brandon Jacobs running to the outside, getting back to the line of scrimmage if he's lucky.
Hakeem Nicks showing promise
Dez Bryant...that big ass motherfucker returning punts.
Things I didn't like
Ray Lewis being penalized for tackling.
Calvin Johnson's TD ruled incomplete.
Wes Welker at 100%
Randy Moss's Headphones for press conferences.

Would Jared Allen's Lasso be in your likes or dislikes?
I'm not actually sure what he's doing, but that's what I call it.
Another thing I hate about the NFL this season, players jumping up back-to-back when they score or doing anything that could potentially injure them. This isn't new, but I hate the act, yet I love it when some asshole hurts himself. Here's a good blog that covers just what I'm talking about.

WTF, Houston has a football team?

Some other things to like:
Dallas 0-2. Brady admits Pats suck.

In this case, I like it. That's Porter after he picked off Favre in the NFCC.

Wow... that game was excruciating. And Bush is probably out for the season.
But damn if there wasn't some divine intervention going on there. First kick looked like it was gonna bounce off the post, then a huge gust of wind sent it right down the middle. And the game-winner got TIPPED by one of the 49ers! Holy mother of fuck how did it go through?
I just don't get how the 49ers were able to apparently cover every single receiver and get so much pressure on Brees. I dunno what we're gonna do now that we're down to like 1.5 running backs... maybe put Graham in for some 2 tight end formations? Please Payton?

You must have a strong dislike for the Pats. I agree with you on McNabb going to Washington and LT with the Jets. Going 2-0 I think doesn't mean a damn thing for Tampa Bay but Houston is finally going to make the playoffs and maybe even get a nationally televised game which would be great.

Its a little early to say whether Houston will make the playoffs. Right now there are a lot of good teams in the AFC. You know the Colts will be there at the end to potentially take the division and there are only two wild card slots.

Just like I did for the cowboys during the 90's. How can you like a Dynasty when it isn't your team? Same reason people dislike the Lakers or the Yankees in the last 10-15 years.
