 Deviated septum surgery didn't do squat, where to go from here?

while back I posted about my deviated septum I was getting surgery on, it's bee over 7 months now and the only thing the surgery did was open the closed nostril and shut the open nostril. It's really fucking annoying constantly only breathing through one nostril, should I go see another surgeon? The one I had do the surgery looked back up my nose and said "It's open, I don't know why you can't breathe because it is open now." But the thing is, he is opening that shit up with calipers, once he lets go of the caliper my nose just closes off again and it's extremely bothersome. I'm seriously to the point where bludgeoning my nose off doesn't seem too insane anymore...
edit: When I push air out of my nose quickly it's stuffed up, I can feel pressure in my left ear

Get a second and third opinion. Maybe the operation went wrong and they fucked your nose and don't want to admit it in case you sue them for it.

same deal here bro. that surgury hurts like motherfucker and after it was all said and done id say it is almost as bad as before but just.. different. lame shit.

I could only breath out of one nostril till i was like 8 then i randomly could... twas a glorious moment

I have problems sleeping and everything from it. It doesn't stop me from doing shit, it's just a thorn in my side. And as for the surgery hurting, YES, it hurt like a mother fucker. I had polyps and shit removed too. I need to get this seriously fixed before I do surgery myself.

I have a lot of problems breathing through both nostrils (my nose is bent from a sporting injury). Is it worth seeing a doctro about? I have VERY minimal breath through both when I inhale and only one sort of works right when I exhale.
Are there health implications to this?
