For some reason i can only access a cached version of the site through google chrome

Any idea what this issue is?

Options > Under The Hood > Clear Browsing Data > Empty Cache ?

Im on chrome and am viewing fine? In US tho, chrome still has a few issues to be worked out lol, but I still like it the best..
