 Are PF Cakes Contaminated??

Alright...this is my first time growing in a few years, so I'm a bit rusty  Anyhow, I colonized my jars and birthed them about a week or two ago. Here's the crazy part.
I had to travel so it was a must that I bring along my small fruiting chamber since I just birthed them. I won't lie, but inside the chamber they were tossed around quite a bit along the ride. I noticed that a day later, they were extremely bruised and now look like the pics below.
Should I just scrap these and start over?? I can't tell if it's a contam or not...but they don't smell horrible or anything.
Thoughts??

If it doesn't spread it might be just blueing and not contam

I am looking for land. 5-20 acres for 10-20,000. Can you help? do you know of any land for sale? do you have some for sale? Would you like to help and or be part of this? I want to develop it into a permaculture food forest. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure why these things won't just grow strong like other pics. Would that be apparent if the cakes weren't getting enough humidity??
Should I put more holes in my chamber?, more fanning?, more perlite and water?....see pic My apt. stays about 70 all day.

I went ahead and added some more holes all over the FC, put in fresh, drained perlite, rinsed off the cakes, and rolled them in verm.
Hopefully this works...
