Somewhere on the PF site they say the reason, Cubes will fruit in the jar is because of the presences of vermerculite, With grain jars you use no verm, but I'm sure you could give it a try, but you'll probably ony get 1 flush cause you'll have to spoon of the myc, to get all the shrooms.
