Yes thats right folks, me and the mrs went out on a little hike today and look what we come across!!
      
God knows what the orange one is but is looks very psycadelic! lol
Its only 3 mushroom's but this is the beginning of a massive collection! I will be posting many pics of our future hunts and hauls on here feel free to post yours! Good luck!

The orange one is Hygrocybe conica, and it is not active at all.

Nice find! I'm curious about the field. Is it just a grassland field or is it a former pasture? Any prior sign of dung or compost, or just grass?

he's in mid uk. lots of nice rainy weather forecasted for the mid/north in August

Well, I can't believe it's that time of year again  It comes around so fast. Don't think I've signed in since last November, but it only feels like about 2 weeks ago when we were last comparing finds.
Can't believe you found some already.
