 RALPHSTERS RIPPED ME OFF FOR OVER $100!!!!

I sent Ralphsters $40 cash by mail about two weeks ago for an order of 1Burmese Yangoon Spore syringe and 1Golden Teacher Spore syringe. I spent over $70 for materials (verm,pressure cooker, perlite, etc.) I heard that I takes about 3 days for an order to get to the company depending on how far you live from Illinois (Im in the U.S.). I've been checking my online status on both the orders since I placed them and neither one of my orders "been recieved" by ralphsters. Both orders still say "pending". I emailed him yesterday stating the problem and he simply replied, "Theres nothing here from you". Wow comforting words considering the fact that I put my trust into this company, as this being my first mushroom growing experience. I then replied, "Is there anything I can do?", he replied, "The post office sometimes messes up". I live in f#*king Delaware!! I've gotten items shipped to Nevada faster than this, illinois is not that far a distance from my state. I then stated that, and got an email back being cursed out by this professional, (called an asshole etc.) Now I'm out over $100 with obviously no remorse from this sponsor. If anyone has had an AWFUL experince with Ralphsters let me know.

chill. he has no control over the post office. they mess up sometimes. for all he knows, you didnt send it because some people will lie and say they did. its nothing personal from him. sorry to hear that bro. i think it will just take more time. ive had the post be veeeerrrry slow. dont give up.

Thnx, yea I'll give it some time. I don't want to ruin his name or nothing, because I have heard of good experiences involving Ralph. But I recently received another email saying, he recieved my payment, but he won't ship it. :/ Really hoping it's sarcasm or humor, but am I the only one who thinks that's extremely unprofessional.

I think ralph needs a disclaimer ,
Ralph keeps no record of transactions.
TAKE THAT AS YOU WILL. 
If you think this is great for security...
WELL then, for what he is doing.... SOME of us are just going to end up getting fucked for the privelledge.
THERE IS currently, no evidence against ralph for INTENTIONally screwing people over.
SOMETIMES, in life, things get fucked up.
50 percent of the time, it is the vendor.
50 percent of the time it is the CUSTOMER( yeah, thats right. You are NOT always right. )
And actually it is more like 49.5/49.5
Because 1 pct is left out for USPS and also for fate and/or acts of god.
recalculate for 33 percent error rate for canadian mail. 
SO attention to all who lurk and post here...
DO NOT ORDER FROM RALPHSTERS , if you are unable to wait 4-5 days.
DO NOT ORDER FROM RALPHSTERS, if you value your order -MORE- than you value the lack of a paper trail.
For the sake of anonymity.... The customer might just have to eat one now and again.
OR the vendor has to keep records of when you put the wrong address down.
Not having record is a two edged sword.
He cant prove you actually bought them.
And, You dont have to worry about your name in his computer.
Short term pain, for long term rewards, or more like insurance.
MAYBE he would be nice and cut you 50/50 Like you pay shipping.... or something. Harsh demands will get you know where when you cant prove what you say, and neither can he.
SO DO NOT ORDER FROM RALPHSTERS if you think you should get extra syringes everytime the post office takes 2 extra days checking your suspect packages.
Order from sporeworks for that. 
Anyways,
IF there is a problem, be super patient with him. He is either super busy, or super impatient.
I suspect a nice blend of the two.

Not vendors fault. He cannot be held accountable for your additional purchases. ( excuse me if I am wrong, ralph doesnt sell verm. )
I also notice you lack date of purchase.
How do we know how long you have waited? IF you only waited 3 days so far...
THEN, you are in fact, trying to ruin someones reputation over your meerest of your inconveneince.
You could EVEN make up a date now.... Who could prove otherwise?
But, thats all just speculation anyway, It is just as likely you have never mailed or recieved mail before.
You would lose on Peoples Court.
A week is normal for anything over an envelope size.
Sometimes folks dont get to the mail every day.... this isnt wal-mart.
I say 5 days = you should begin to expect. If it went over a weekend, then if it isnt there monday, THEN
Send a POLITE email asking ONE basic question. Boil it down to one, maybe 2, but mostly 1.
Figure it out on your own, REALLY think about what your worry is.......... And see if you can get that answered.
"I paid for it" + no record = "i have nothing here from you"
Include dates. A general timeframe = a good place to start
Try not to express your fears of being ripped off. This can be taken as an insult. Since it WAS the first thing you thought of.
IF after repeated communication, there is no resolution. Then, you can bitch.
Ralph also sells cheaper than everyone else.
And most of us DO in fact, get what we paid for.

Lol you're absolutely correct, this wall post isn't the place to get into an argument with a obvious Ralphsters groupie. This is the place where I am trying to get serious advice. And to give an update, I sent Ralph an email stating the confusion, but he has yet to send an email. His last email to me was stating that he had received my payment, but that he ISNT, I repeat, IS NOT going to send me my spores. Any advice on that topic would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered some spores (not from Ralphster, but from a non sponsor) around the holidays & I ended up waiting over a month to receive them. I sent them emails here and there checking on status but eventually they came, the point is this hobby requires patience. As for the email you speak of, maybe it's because you were being rude. A piece of advice: find a new hobby or cut your loss, find a new vendor, & apply what I'm saying to your next transaction.

You put your trust in the post office, not ralph. Also, i have had to wait 2 weeks for my order to be taken off pending status, and i live 2 towns over from ralph. There are a lot of variables when it comes to postal delivery that you are failing to recognize.
One thing this hobby takes is a whole shitload of patience. Getting your nickers in a twist isnt going to speed up the process.

suggestion.....pay the few extra bucks and get yo shit from sporeworks. those guys are professional. I would be extremely suprized to get a sarcastic e-mail from them. Everyone complains about ralphsters, but people continue to buy from him

I appreciate the support and help from everybody on the forum. As I mentioned before, I am a first time grower so you could see where I would a little anxious and a little weary if even the slightest thing went wrong. I sent Ralph an apology letter for the misplaced frustration and the confusion, and woke up this morning with a conformation letter saying, one of two of my orders had been shipped. I guess it is just a test of patience with this ordering thing? And one more thing. Never did I slander Ralphsters spores or, recommend that no one ever go to their company again. This thread was just a tale of my bad 1st experince, and I was asking for some support and a list of suggestions. But for you to be "a company employee" or "a Ralphsters supporter", and see this thread and automatically jump to harrassing my claim, instead of trying to offer some help, shows that you're more worried about getting paid, and keeping a clean name, than your customers satisfaction.
