I'm always the first awake and the last to sleep, during the day I'm always the one who wants to do things. I'm also addicted to sex and meth but my life is far more gratifying than yours, by the time we both die I will have been awake for 30% longer than you equating to a 30% longer lifetime.

i'm the most mellow, laid back person i know (all my friends say the same about me), and i'm pretty quiet, but I actually like being around these people. they can provide stimulus and motivation, almost like i'm feeding off their energy.
whereas with people who are more similar to me, it can be too easy to fall into boredom or awkward silence
yin and yang?

yea sometimes i feed off them when im bored. but when i just wanna be left alone and/or dont have the engery or willt o interact with them they bug me alot

I like HI-NRG disco but thats about it.
A lot of people love the rush of being fast, but oftentimes it all boils down to them being neurotic.
Sit them down in a chair for a few hours the'll go nuts 
I knew several high energy people who just couldnt sit still. Always on the run.
