Do they drug test you at a dui assesment class?

Fuck this was the only thing besides a fine that the court ordered me to do after getting caught with 5 grams of weed. No probabtion or anything.

I'm just wondering if they drug test cause if they do I'm fucked.

I read that wrong. I took a substance abuse evaluation after a dui, not a class.

They just asked me if I was depressed, what drugs I do, stuff like that.

If I had told them the truth I would have had to go to outpatient rehab, so I lied :tongue2:

I didn't. I went to one after getting caught weed dirty at a job. I did it more as good faith, it wasn't court ordered.

I thought it was ridiculous to be in there for weed with a buncha alkys.....Military guy ran it. Needless to say, i didn't lie on anything.

I did have to pee at the end, but again that was a work stipulation.

An assessment is that...they assess if you have a problem. If the instructor is level headed, you should be fine.

Or just lie if they aren't!
