One things for certain buddy, it ain't the mushrooms. If you're having serious problems you need to get yourself to the doctors for a brain scan.

Al is right. Go see a doctor.

> Isn't that like, dyslexia or whatever? Maybe it's not the shrooms...
I suffer from dyslexia, and what you describe about speaking i also suffer from (and always have, including writing and spelling), also I have a poor memory (which is another common symptom of dyslexia). Best get your self to a shrink to get diagnosed ... I got extra time in my exams and a free computer when i went to uni
PS. I'd say I'm very intelligent even though I have dyslexia and to be honest it does not affect my professional life badly, infact I would say it helps. BTW Einstein was dyslexic .
Lastly weed has effected my short term memory, ie. during high school I smoked ALOT of weed (and hardly any other drugs) and since then it's been worse than what it was before.

It wouldnt be the weed. I know people who have smoked 20 joints a day for ten years and their language and oral communication is fine. Interestingly, a friend of mine who has taken mushrooms for years has developed a similar conditions where he has trouble getting a sentence together. He assures me that its temporary.

man, I feel your pain. I go through the same shit. Take B vitamins or supplements that have Pantothenic Acid in it, which is a chemical that produces more brain cell connections and increasing transmissions to cell membranes.

I think your user name may hold the key. I have experienced the same symptoms as you but have deduced their cause to be the use of wacky tobaccy. I believe studies have determined similar symptoms in association with the use of marijuana.
It could be one of many other things as well. Drugs affect everyone differently. Weed really messes w/ me. I feel the after glow of weed for about 24-36 hours after getting high. I don't know of anyone with that kind of sensitivity. So what I said before is from my experience. After thinking about it a bit more I don't doubt that your symptoms could be caused from the mushrooms. I know of people who black out on shrooms. I heard a story of a kid who ate 1.2 g of azures and passed out in mid air, hit his head and had a bleeding gash from it, he was convulsing on the floor afterward. This kid was lucky, he could have broken his neck. I know of another kid who passed out on LSD, he hit his head on concrete. He also convulsed. I was told that he now has one lazy eye from it (hitting his head). Drugs can be dangerous. Listen to your body with your heart and decide if they are OK for you and if you are using them properly.

Ya know sometimes i'll be thinking something and it wont come out right either, i smoke weed once or twice a week. Have done shrooms like 4 times. But yea, similar situation, like im telling my brain what to say but it jumbles up the words or say something else... its weird and doesnt happen enough to make it noticeable or anything, but I notice it and its annoying. Its definitely the weed
