there is no good proof.
ufos exist, but they are just multi dimensional/meta physical objects.
abductions are probably just what happens when you get exposed to this kind of energy. ... sure on other planets there are probably some trippy life forms, but if they were flying down here they'd probably want to talk with us at some point 
prove me wwrong if you can but why would the aliens observe us since the 70's and not try to communicate with us/? with their supposed technology we wouldnt be able to do shit to them ether so they have nothing to fear....

Naa they are obviously machines, they are metallic with lights same as our vehicles.
Vehicles would likely be used by an organic life form.

we havent seen one up close, and i think that would be necessary to determine what it is. the other day i saw something in plain daylight in a large gap in the clouds. i could see the sun reflecting off of it(it was hovering) but as i passed it and could see it from different angles i noticed that i couldnt see what the light was reflecting off of. it appeared as if the sun was glaring off of nothing. those lights could be the result of an atmospheric manipulation of some kind.

As for this part, there are several theories (but why the hell do you think they've only been observing us since the 70s?).

It states that if intelligent life travels the universe, they may stay away from our corner because we are not advanced enough to be of any interest to them. The only answer is that we ain't the most clever beings in the neighborhood.
No one knows how many species or what they are up to but we are certainly being visited.
Don't expect them to come say hello, they are advanced enough for interstellar travel so they ain't going to be very bothered about talking to us, I mean what possible gain could they get from talking to a load of angry apes?

I believe aliens exist, but I am skeptic as to if they can travel through space and to our planet.
I remember reading something about the first appearance of aliens in the media, in the early 1900's I think, and they were depicted as little grey or green men arriving in saucer-like ships.
That's why I don't believe any story claiming to have seen aliens or UFO's fitting that description and after they revealed the secret of crop circles, I lost faith in the fact that aliens are trying to contact us.
