i can't figure out how to embed the vid.
but essentially, a homeless dude saves a woman being mugged at knife point. he gets stabbed in the process and falls down in a pool of blood on a sidewalk in NYC. video shows several people walking by and looking at him. one dude takes a picture with his camera phone. yet the police aren't called for over an hour and a half.
fucked up world, son. new yorkers are some cold motherfuckers.

We new yorkers have thick skin, all the shit that goes on kind of desensetizes you. I was on the train, a homeless man accosted some lady she turned around and broke his face with a bottle, blood gushing from his face. As the train pulled in, all the oncoming passengers just saw a man bloodied and no one to help him. People mind their business up there, unfortunately do it to often and too well.
I miss NYC, but kinda glad I came south.
I hope they catch that killer. Shit like this churns my stomach

Ah daily affirmations. The world is just as fucked today as it was yesterday, hell maybe even a little more worse for wear. In the case of the woman raped in front of the subway workers; Man I love how it's not only socially acceptable to be a coward because it's convenient, but it's encouraged and expected and whats more the law protects people for being cowards.
I was in a similar situation as to the guy defending the woman. A guy attacked a woman in a bar, i pulled him off her, he pulled a knife on me, I beat the piss out of him with a pool cue and held him until the police arrived and then i was promptly arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. and got to go to the county for awhile.
