Is Testimony Enough To Convict

Someone gets busted for drugs, says they got it from you. That's the only evidence they have could you be convicted on that alone?

Nope, it takes hard evidence to get a conviction. Testimony can get a search warrant though.

Yes. If someone says they got drugs from you, that is eyewitness testimony.
If there is eyewitness testimony that you committed a crime, you can be convicted.
Thousands of people are in prison for exactly that.

Unfortunately such is the case.
It's up to your lawyer to test the credibility of the person saying such things.
As Anon said above, it's enough for a warrant.
Bitches who blackmail get it worse than ones that won't pony up and pay their debts. Just sayin'.

Testimony alone can't get a conviction in most cases, especially with a decent lawyer.
