The moment you find inner peace, you can't avoid increasing integrity. But you probably don't need to accomplish things like integrity or anything else as a "prerequisite" for finding inner peace. Just look inside yourself, and find that inner peace. If you tell yourself that there are things you need to attain before that, you'll never come around to just looking inside.

so often we are torn, right? if i do this, that's good, this, well that's bad, and so we do one, contemplate the other, and tear ourselves apart in the process. To be integrous is to be whole and true to an expression of your being...no?

its like, as long as there are parts of me in conflict, i can never truly be integrous.

how about this posture: awareness of truth and an aptitude toward honoring it is a prerequisite for integrity. without the acknowledgment of truth, one's acts cannot hold integrity toward it.
