Hi guys,
Do you know that strange feeling when you look in the mirror while tripping and you brain cannot really handle it? Especially when you first look at one of your eyes, and then to the other one, it feels really strange. I thing it has something to do with a disturbed communication between the left brain hemisphere, as if both hemispheres are working more on their own.
Do you experience similar things?

I'm no expert, but at least for me, looking in the mirror while peaking (mushrooms) is amazing. The first time I actually "broke through" (only time, last time I tripped) I was looking into the mirror (huge sliding closet mirror, half of a large wall) and the reflective properties of the mirror seemed foreign and incredible to me, and then my brain copied the reflective properties and all of a sudden, my face in the mirror copied and flipped itself along the hairline, and then it started happening again, as if reflecting again, but I looked away. I was incredulous that I actually just saw that, and tried to process that in English in my mind, but failed and my mental words degenerated into random sounds and objects and then finally, a number, such as 12 or 6. This made me burst out laughing, and then I turned towards the mirror again, and the reflections of the colored lamps behind me launched me into a full blown peak.
So yes, the mirror broke my brain for the first time, allowing me to actually trip. This might only be of interest to you for the idea that my brain first tried to replicate the mirror's effects and then it just stopped trying anything and instead I tripped.
