look at the base of the stem for a volva cup, It is either A volveriella or a pluteas, either one would be edible, Probably a pluteas cervinus, edibl and good when not waterlogged, If not It could be vovleriella speciosa if as it it appears it is not growing out of the wood but right next to the wood, take a picture of the base of the stalk.

I know right! Ive been on a few hunts these past week with only 3 finds.
I have a big pile of rotten logs behind my house full of the guys you found, i saw a snake going up in it yesterday and thought about how cool it would be to have mushrooms 4 times my size growing in my house.

Haha, its seemed winter would never end... The only thing is that even though its warmer now, at night the temperature still drops... I'm wondering if that may have something to do with not finding to much...

Not to mention it wouldnt stop raining during the winter, and now whered it all go!?
