 Man, I'm so fucking paranoid...

This can't be normal. I've got so many fucking problems that I'd like to make posts about asking for advice, but I'm so terrified that someone I know will find this site and know it was me that I'll never actually make one of those posts. When I use the bathroom I always put my back to the door just in case someone somehow opens the door and sees my dick. Whenever I beat off I'm always jumping at little noises because it could be my mom (I live with my mom) and if I am jerking it outside the house (sick, I know) I'm constantly looking around, worried that there could be cameras or something. When I look at porn on the computer that my mother and I share I use Private Browsing and check the history, but when my mom goes to use it I literally fucking sweat and my heart starts pounding because there's a chance she might find something.
I know this kind of shit isn't normal. Whenever I think about the camera thing I always think of how fucking weird and dysfunctional I am. Make me feel better?

Never done Shrooms, but I did weed a couple times and it was alright, except I was smoking with a friend one time and his mom walked in and I think she could tell we were high. I almost pissed my pants. I really hope that friend doesn't read this, lol.

Haha well i guess you just have to try and relax a little and figure out that really it isnt the end of
the world if any of these things did happen. Say your mom did see that your were really looking at porn is that so bad?
I got caught red handed by my dad when i was living at home but its not the end of the world you just have to realize that.

You're going to have to move out and start fending for yourself and eventually tell your family what's up (i.e. that they can lay off) or just break contact with them. These seeds of paranoia create deep wounds and will take a lifetime to heal. Sorry, it's the way it goes.
If things work out right you'll be able to manage it and figure out how to be your own man, instead of a little boy constantly afraid of the punishing function of the superego. Maybe just realizing this is what's going on in your head will help you relax a little. Also, meditation will help you distance your emotions from your thoughts so you have paranoid thoughts instead or paranoid thoughts having you.
Move out, make sure you don't have to move in again, wait a few years, then take this shit up with your family, perhaps in a letter and let them know where you stand.

Where are you beating off outside? In a car while watching strangers? Out in the woods? In a dark alley behind a strip club?
Beating off outside is not normal. I would be nervous doing that too because if anyone saw you they'd think you're a fucking weirdo!!!

Yes, but most people do weird shit. If the motivation #1 provided above is the honest motivation then society doesn't need to be worried.
