I'm sure there is a lab somewhere around.
We don't discussing sources for buying things though so

I know UC Santa Cruz has a good lab.
So does a friend of mine in Northern Cali...
You could always just buy a kit and try it out yourself...
It is a non-sponsor link though so I'm not posting it.

In some of these places, you aren't allowed to talk, for fear of germs.
I'm just starting to research it, and it doesn't seem much more complicated than many of techs listed, here.
1. plant tissue 2. sterile nutrient broth/agar (pH is a factor). 3. branching hormone 4. rooting hormone
I've seen all of the ingredients starting out in the $5-10 range, and people are trying to sell ebooks on how to do it in the kitchen with baby food jars.

I've dabbled in plant tissue culture. Its very similar to agar work. Though, its a longer process than agar work. Next quarter I'm taking a plant tissue culturing class in which we spend 12 weeks growing callus tissue into plants. So as you can tell, its not the quickest process but shouldn't require any more sterile work/conditions than culturing fungi on agar plates.
