Easy Italian with Stonesun (Chicken Parmesan and Tiramisu) 1

I've made these a couple of days ago. Very easy, very quick and my family absolutely loved it.
Chicken Parmesan
I'm pretty sure most of you made this before. So have I, but I've never did it with the baking method. When I took it out of the oven, everybody thought it was a lasagna. Here's how it was done:
Pound the desired amount of chicken breasts to about 1/2" thikness.

Mix some italian seasoned breadcrumbs and finely grated parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper.

Whisk together a couple of eggs and some milk, dip your chicken in it, and coat it with the breadcrumbs.

Fry them in a pan...

...'till they golden brown.

Now set them in a baking dish, add your favorite tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, marinara or whatever sauce you like. I've added a homemade marinara sauce and some sun dried tomatoes.

When it's all layered out in the dish, sprinkle it with some parmesan cheese.

On the top of it I've grated about a pound of SMOKED MOZZARELLA. This makes it insanely good.

Now bake it in the oven on 375-400F for 30 mins.

Add some garlic and cheese bread in the last 5-7 mins.

Now it's time for your favorite pasta to go to the boiling water. Here's how the parm and garlic bread came out.

Serve it over the aldente pasta, and feel free to add more parmesan cheese

Tiramisu
Ingredients:
16 oz Mascarpone cheese 6 eggs separated 16 oz sugar 40 ladyfingers 2 cups espresso or strong coffee 4 tbsp Cognac some cocoa powder for sprinkle
Here's everything you need.

I start this phenomenal dessert by most nontraditional way. Soak some golden California raisins in Cognac. Just fuck in' love the taste of the cognac-soaked raisins in the creamy mass of this heaven!

Then I go ahead and beat 6 egg yolks, a pound of sugar, 4 tablespoons of Cognac and 2 tablespoons of espresso for 3-4 minutes.

Add a pound of Mascaraing cheese to it, and beat it for another 5 minutes, until smooth.

Separate bowl I beat the 6 egg whites with a pinch of sugar until stiff.

Here are the bowls.

Now gently fold it together and mix a little.

Take the ladyfingers and dunk them in espresso for a second. Let them drain a little, and layer them in the bottom of a baking dish.

On the top of this goes half of the cream mixture (NOW WITH THE RAISINS ADDED). Then soaked ladyfingers again and the other half of the cream. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on it, and refrigerate it.

After an hour or so cut a piece, and get ready for orgasm!!!

Enjoy!!!

I have logged in this once so that I can set the "last seen" feature up. let the faggots flow forth into OTD and have it. Its funny how they all grew nuts after I left. I'm not here, I'm not reading, but I urge you all to keep melting down over me. I know, I hurt alot of people, and they deserved it. epic win for me, epic fail for you.
