My bad, I've just checked. Indeed it mentions "commercial spawn making autoclave" and "bulk PASTEURIZATION chamber". There is a question however, why is it have to be around 160 F ? And why would sterilization make it prone to contamination?

Sterilization makes it more prone to contam because your killing off the good stuff in the bulk.

To elaborate this a little more:
Certain thermophilic organisms survive the heating process of pasteurization, while most mold spores are killed.
These organisms help to break down material to make it easier for the mycelium of the desired mushroom to consume.
When you sterilize, the thermophilic organisms are killed as well, leaving the substrate open for any contamination spores, that land on it.
