Edibles Question.
    #12161738 - 03/08/10 12:08 AM (3 years, 2 months ago)

Okay well I am from Pennsylvania and I had a question about going out and looking for morels. I know the season is from Middle of March till Middle of April and all the snow has been melting and It's been hitting upper 40s and 50s here. Is it true you have to go looking along the creeks and other stuff? Any advice on good environments?

When the weather is like mid to high 60s during the day, and like high 40's at night consistently.

And yes I have found them a few yards all along a creek a few times last season under the brush and near the base of trees. This is from a little further south but it might be same or similar conditions.
