hmmm... i think it might be too soon still. couple more years maybe. give the medical thing some more time to desensitize the public and show that it really isn't that bad.

dude march 23 is when it passes to congress the legislative branch already passed it (it may be the other way areoun or sumthing to do with the exectuive brach lol im a bit rust on my govnt studies) but regardless its already passed thru one branch of government and is about to go through another on march 23

If weed becomes legal in cali, I'm moving there. I already wish I was there because of the medical/dispensary stuff. But if it becomes flat out legal, I'm switching coasts.

I could seeing it going through in a couple years. Cali could seriously use the monetary boost as they are broke! The only problem is the fucking feds would come in and start fucking it up after it was passed on the state level.

marijuana has been decriminalized in NY state since 1977.

decriminalization a nice gesture, but weed should be sold in stores and there shouldn't be any fines associated with it.
I have a feeling the Cali bill might take another year or two to get passed.

I say it'll get passed but it will take a lot of time before all the guidelines are set straight and they get a system in place.
