PE mutants caused by contamination?

I gave my friend a jar of LC a while back after I stopped growing and his first flush didn't turn out so well. this was unusual because this was a proven strain that almost never produced mutants with the first flushes usually producing a bumper crop of 3oz per tray. So I went over there to check it out, take some pics and try to help out. I personally think the mutants are due to either contamination or the oust he sprays everywhere(except in the FC of course). The mutant balls have brown lesions on the malformed caps and there is what I think to be cobweb(dactylium) in the corner of one of the trays. the malformed mushrooms might be from another contam like verticillium but i'm not sure here is a few pics of the mushrooms.
