 Working with Women Fucking Sucks

I envy some of you guys who work trades, or work as engineers or IT professionals. Since I have graduated from college I have worked in office environments that usually employ about 50/50 men and women. sometimes there are more women than men.
It fucking sucks sometimes and can be very frustrating. most of these women lack the concept of teamwork, and are manipulative and backstabbing. the rumors they spread and the shit they talk is attune to the feeling of being back in HS again. the slightest sense of disrespect leads them to run down to HR and complain for about 30 minutes that "Marsha didnt say hello to me this morning" 
and of course, HR (being all women) sits there and enables all the soap opera drama that goes on in the office.
The worse is when a chick cries. Especially after she fucks up something bad that costs the firm money or a client. this defense mechanism allows them to somehow keep their jobs while I have seen males get fired for far less. You should be viewed as a complete incompetent and emotionally fragile person if you cry in the workplace, but somehow women who cry practically get back rubs and gentle confirmations instead of being openly laughed at.
there are currently more women in college than men, and to me that is a disturbing trend. I am not denying that there are many intelligent women in the world, but it seems that many of them are simply good students that cannot handle the rigors of a fast paced work environment.

yeah, and I anticipate that there arguements will entail how insensitive and uncaring men are to women's issues.
is some respects I cannot disagree. I have had male managers w/ anger management problems - yelling and screaming when the slightest thing goes wrong.
but I'd rather have male boss be direct with me. at least I know where I stand. plus, once the shouting session is over, its over. none of this passive aggressive nonsense exhibited by a female manager that can take days or weeks to pass.

Dude, I'm a woman, and I agree with most of what you said. I just want to get my work done the most efficiently and effectively that I can. I don't deal with the drama, and have been lucky enough to work for employers that over look someone complaining that I don't contribute to it, and see my work for what it it is.

yeah man. try working at a restraunt where almost all of the servers are women. then you have a bunch of horney cooks and bus boys. and things get real interesting to say the least.

I don't know, I have been working with women for 15+ years and I have never had any problems like you describe. I think you need to find a better work environment. (different job)

yeah, i have bar/restuarant work (and management) experience. I did see a lot of the guys in the back of the restaurant wasting their time chasing every new waitress that we hired. I thought about getting back into it b/c it can be a fun job, but then I watched Waiting a couple times in a row and it reminded me why I left that field.

The last job in particular was the worst I have ever seen. A very hostile and toxic environment brought on by several younger women (mid 20's) in admin type positions, but enabled by the few females in mgmt positions.
I bring up the crying part b/c this girl straight out of college got a job at my firm b/c her daddy was a big shot for our biggest client. she was new and had little clue how to do her job but came off like a real bitch to compensate for her lack of confidence to please our mgmt and her daddy. one day she got in an argument w/ some staff and she was completely wrong but stood her ground. we had a meeting with HR and she came bursting in crying and wailing about how no one would listen to her and that she cant sleep because she is so stressed out.
I really didnt have respect for her in the first place because of how she got her job. but this crying in front of everyone sealed the deal. I never wanted to do any work with her again. to my dismay she was coddled instead of looked down upon by the higher ups. I get frustrated at work too, my outlet is to cuss here and there. mostly under my breathe. i DO NOT cuss at people (mostly at my damn PC) well I got called into HR because some women were offended... well, Im offended by this girl's passive aggressive bitchery toward the team. also, she let her frustrations out in the form of salty tears and no one (besides me and a few others) seemed to be offended. I dont want to sit there and watch a coworker breakdown. there's no excuse unless something tragic in your personal life happens and you find out about it at work.

Agreed! I hate it when they cry at work! Who does that??? You're a fuckin adult at the very least wait to cry until you get home don't do it at work! I'm a woman, obviously and have always had jobs where I worked mostly with women as coworkers and it gets fuckin obnoxious. I worked at Hooters for 2 years so I'm working with like 30 other girls and they would just get away with the most ridiculous things. Who is able to call in from work because they broke up with their bf? No one should. My stepmom quit her job her retail job of ten years because her manager criticized her organization skills. Bah!! The worst is any type of work meeting. If mostly women are attending its going to be an off topic bitch-fest

Your going to find dames no matter where you work! Hell i worked side by side with more then one in a COAL MINE! Get used to it and personally i'd rather work with dames then guy's. There better to look at and Co workers make some of the best fuck buddys!
