The 2009 season was by far the best out of the last 10 years for me.  I found about 30 dry pounds of cubes and about 10 dry pounds of cyans. I am going to buy a 12 mp camera tomorrow, so no more post without pictures. I am so excited to get it, my camera I lost was a 7.2 mp. Shroomgather you should start a 2010 Thread. I will post picture tomorrow of my findings. Later

30lbs of cubes and 10lbs of copes?

Look in my photo gallery. Or look under my post. I'm sure I found more like 45lbs cubes and 20 cyans. Tonight when I get off work I'm posting 2010 finds from today, where I found about 3 more lbs of cyans. I know that is a huge amount but if you spend the amount of hours I do in about 15 fields you would come across the same.I have nothing to prove. Thanks though later

Great picture of those cubes Stoneheart!!!

Is the mushroom in the front right of that picture a cube?  just curious as it looks like a Psathyrella sp.

~

definitely not a cube...  there was another one just off to the right behind that one, (as well as 4 or 5 more cubes)...i have several pics of different species growing together in the same pile of horse dung...here is a little closer shot of this one... and a few close friends...
