 Making my own blotter art

I have undertaken the project to make my own blotter art. i want to sell it and give it away to my friends. kind of make a mark on the scene now that i'm trying to leave the distribution aspect behind me. I have figured out the size and and dimension, paper to use and everything. I even know where i can get a perforator to make my sheets perf. But I don't know how to print without the ink running. On my first sheet i took a cup of water and lightly covered the print with it and it bled all over the place! when i used alcohol the ink didn't run, but i know that all crystal isn't broken down with alcohol, some use water. what kind of ink are the blotter makers using? how are they printing the sheets? is it a laser printing? i'm also going to list a few more question here that maybe someone can answer.
what kind of paper do you use? i have been using 90lb water color paper
how do you get the ink from bleeding?
what kind of perf machine are you using?
Can you offer any more advice on how to make one's own blotter paper?

blotter is accually the type of paper its a thicker more absorbant paper

Nice work pretty much admitting to wanting to start selling LSD. If you just wanted to sell the art, why would it come into contact with liquid? This is a public forum, y'know.

If you distributed in the past, why would you ask these technical details here? If you were a rung or three below laying crystal to blotter (only place you can be judging by your questions) you could just go ask your supplier about the trade.... or maybe you just never distributed.

becuase whomever i sell it to might want to do put liquid on it. i don't want to have anything to do with large amounts of lsd anymore
where in my post did i sell i wanted to start selling LSD?

why would my supplier know how to make blotter art?
he proved to me that he didn't by never giving it to me in said form
or maybe i just never distributed.

it seems like you could lay the liquid and then print the sheet after the liquid dries. but i have framed blotter that i'm fairly confident wouldn't run if i laid liquid on it. i have everything figured out but how to keep the ink from running. help here!?:

If it doesn't run when layed with alcohol, then tell them to lay it with alcohol?
