On the "Make a New Post" Screen:
i would like to suggest that the 'Post input box' be stretched out wider. (maybe 1/2 the screen width?)
as it is now, (1/3 of my screen size) it is hard to judge where to put your page breaks
& you spend alot of time reformatting/inserting page breaks on the following 'preview post' screen, doing this several times.
i think it'd save bandwidth, & also make
posts generally neater & easier to read.
thoughts?

You can click and drag on the input box to resize it. The thin gray line around the bottom and right edge is the active area. If you use Firefox you could also get the Resizable Textarea extension to add this functionality to other sites.

Is there a mod that applies that functionality to ubb, Ythan, or did you code that?

It's custom code, but if you'd like help implementing something similar let me know and maybe I can give you some tips.

Thanks for the offer, Ythan. There's probably not a point to me implementing anything, though, I'm not going to put effort into UBB until v8 arrives. One of the reasons why I actually acquired a UBB license was because the Shroomery is so damn cool, I just didn't realize that it was pretty much all custom built  , major props. Oh, I will ask, however, about the thread preview function that the Shroomery has, with the ability to go to the next/previous post and all. Is that available as a mod, or is it another homebrew?
