 Best way to handle DMT vapor?

I hear its quite hot and harsh. If using a lightbulb vaporizer, how would you prepare to ensure holding in the vapor for a good time? If the entire bulb is filled with vapor, would 2-3 tokes be necessary for a blast off?

i talked to my friend about doing this, he said it might be too much. we just put .1 gram in a bowl on some ash and smoke it and thats enough to blast off. you really gotta hold it in as long as you can. how much are you putting in the bulb?

I was thinking around 35 mgs
So basically, just use the ash as a sort of nest for the DMT?

thats how we do it in a bowl. i would like the lightbulb vap better cause most the time with my hits, the dmt turns to liquid resin shit and just melts down into the bowl or w.e. light bulbs probably the best bet, but wait for other responses cause ive only done it a few times, bowl method

yeah wasting it really sucks. i kept coughing and finally ending up getting a good hit after smoking .4g....i got .5 for $90. fucking sucked

I say ditch the light bulb.
Just vape it in a small bong (~10") sandwiched between your favorite herb to smoke or some ash. I've heard of alot of people having issues with the light bulb method.
I don't know what you mean about preparing to hold the vapor in. Take the biggest hit you can and hold it for about 10 seconds. Then repeat 3x, or whatever it takes. You'll know if you've taken too big of a hit because you'll cough your ass off and not be able to hold it in. Next time you'll know to just take a little smaller of a hit  . Don't make too big a deal out of it, relax and enjoy.

Using a lightbulb vape works great. There's no need to use anything else, don't put it on steel wool or anything like that.
The key is to get ***WHITE*** crystals. If they're yellow or brown you need to do a sodium carbonate wash. Once they're white they're very easy to smoke and no more harsh than regular air. It just smells a bit like plastic is all.

If one was to be using a bucket(gravity bong) to blast off would they maybe put a bit of weed in the bowl then the dmt then a little bit of weed on top of dmt. Hold flame just above the weed and wait a minute so the dmt can start to vape then lift up the bucket?

I assume when you say .3 or .4g you actually mean 30mg or 40mg? Cuz smoking half a gram of DMT is a shitload :o

The vapor isn't all that bad at all, but using the little pipes can be difficult because there's just so much so slowly, it can be overwhelming (for your lungs anyway).

no i mean half a gram. it weighed .5 of a gram haha i packed .1 everytime. i just had to keep doing it cause my lungs suck from asthma and bronchitis damage

I second the sandwiching method.
I have a glass pipe I used to use but it's so much hotter when you vape it that way.
I've been using passionflower leaf for the bed and it works like gangbustas.

wow. You've got alot of DMT to be able to be so liberal with it. I wish I had just the reminants of a couple of your hits. Besides extraction, there is NO DMT available to me.

I will have enough to do two separate runs. I will try the bulb vape meth and then the sandwich method from a bong next time and post results. Blast off isnt for a few more days anyways.

and dude, seriously, if you attempt to smoke .1 grams in one session you're going to get your ass handed to you like never before. You may be looking for that but my god you're going to think shit has really hit the fan.
I wouldn't suggest more than .05 the first time. Personally, I don't think I ever use more than 25-30 mgs and always have great results.
But all this is just like, my opinion man.
