 When I begin to lucid dream i wake up

Everytime im dreaming and i begin to realize im dreaming I start lucid dreaming. I usually decide i want to do shit i couldn't in real life, like flying, this wakes me up everytime. whats the fun of lucid dreaming if i have to treat it like a normal dream

Try this technique:
When you find yourself lucid, before you get too excited, put your hands in front of your face, as if you were pushing against a wall. Now, make sure not to focus on your hands, or their details. Just put them in front of your face, palms facing outward.
See what happens.

Practice makes perfect. The more you lucid dream, the better you get at it. If you want to start having a lot of lucid dreams, really lucid like as real as reading this right now, you need to a) start a dream journal, write down as much detail as you can b) do reality checks throughout the day c) repeatedly focus on your intention to have a lucid dream and to not get excited while your falling asleep

Interesting, I will try that. I seem to have the same problem with astral projecting. When i meditate and it starts getting intense it shocks me and lowers the intensity quite a bit. But I have been told this is normal and its a case of practice makes perfect

Every time I start to have a lucid dream the first thing I think of is to have sex. Then, right when I'm about to get down to it, the dream ends

I remember this one dream I had where I became lucid and I tried to manipulate it, but the dream was fighting back. I tried to change the scene, but my dream became jerky...like if I lost any grip on it, it would spring back to where it was. It was crazy...it reminded me of the power of mind

In each subsequent lucid dream I have been able to posses more and more control. In the beginning I would always get stuck in ceilings when trying to fly, and it would cause me to wake up too.

What if it is the other way around? When you begin to wake from a dream, you start realizing, thus you wake up...
