The Amanda Knox trial

How do you guys feel about the guilty verdict?

I have a lot of problems with the evidence... the knife that doesn't fit the wounds, or the imprint left on the bed, the fact that the sample taken from the blade was too small to conclusively prove it was the victims DNA... the bra strap that was left on the floor for weeks to be contaminated, until it turned black from grime, only to then be taken up and claimed as evidence... I don't know. It just seems to me that the evidence is greatly flawed.
Added to that, a bunch of the jurors decided to wear sashes of their countries colors at the sentencing hearing. Its like in their minds it was Italy versus the evil American foreigner.

innocent till proven guilty..

there was no proof beyond a resonable doubt that she did it.

That's the standard were supposed to go by here in the States and we don't really even go by that. In another country fuck all bets are off. The media said she did it so that's enough ;o)
