Looking for opinions on prepared substrate bag.

I'm trying a prepared substrate bag from mycopath.com
Sterilized Millet Fungi Bag, 4lb
This goes for $16.50 by far the best value. (compared Sporeworks, Earths Tongue, and MycoPath)
Has anyone used these bags? If so how was the quality? (moisture levels, sterility, etc)
Also, what strains would be preferable to use in your opinion?
If you have other vendor options or comments your input is greatly appreciated.

strain dont matter really knock it up with 2 cc of spore let it sit for a month then once its fully white (colonized) follow a bulk spawn tech

me if you have questions about lasers
Although i may advise others in a general way regarding all types of mushroom grows, and may even post question from other forums about growing "active" mushrooms, i only grow non-"active" mushrooms and edibles.

My original intentions were to follow Monstermich's LC tek. (I like pictures and I have a good glove box that I have used with success)
Then, fruit from the bag. (I have problems with sterility in my condo when in open air)

you will have trouble fruiting from just a spawn bag it wont hold enought moisture for the fruits

Would a casing suffice?
Or would a different substrate mix be better?

yes thats not a grow bag (contains no verm) its a spawn bag (100% millet) so you need to spawn to a bulk sub

So then this would be a better bag for direct fruiting?
"This sterilized mycobag with injector site contains a good mixture of grains, seeds, straw, and vermiculite"
Would a casing be necessary for this bag?
Also, what would be the expected dry yield under ideal conditions in your opinion?
