Composting Chicken Manure

So I would post this in a garden forum but I've posted in other forums and haven't received responses in a month! This is an active community so here goes..
I'm working on a compost pile and have these chickens that like to shit a lot So I decided i'll compost with their manure...but I know I have to be careful dealing with their manure because it's very potent and needs to be composted right.
SO I've done reading that says stuff along the lines of "mix in the manure with your pile of carbon/nitrogen material. Mix it just about every day. It should be done in 6-12 months."
WELL...these chicken crap every day!!! So I would be planning on putting their shit in the pile every day... I'm imagining it won't be done if I put fresh chicken manure in day before it's "done" Should I start a new compost heap after a certain amount of months??

I would save up your chicken manure for a little, then make a pile. Repeat process and make another pile.
