This is REALLY bugging me! This plant that sprouted from seeds that I bought off Ebay does'nt look like the pictures I've seen on the net..The leaves don't have the same shape. Could this be from lighting or lack of it? Or maybe what I have is'nt Kanna after all. Any opinions?

It could be sceletium expansum which is also called Kanna, but looks different. I'm not sure though, I haven't seen it before.

that looks like sceletium tortuosum to me, just looks like it needs better light and time to mature. How old is it? It needs to grow laterally very much but looks like it's only growing vertically. The leaves look very much like sceletium tortuosum just not in the width department.

In my opinion this is not Sceletium tortuosum. Just search the post "The newest addition to my garden", and look at those beautiful pics: the leaves seems completely different to me.

If it's that old then perhaps not, I was thinking it was stressed badly and just wasn't "filling out" but yeah perhaps not, could you describe the leaf.
Is it waxy and thicker, and not thiny and papery?

Doesn't look like Sceletium Tortuosum... looks like some other form of sceletium though. Sceletium tortuosum has the most motent alkaloids tho.
