 Yellow-orange shrooms

Habitat:
Wood, pine needles, even off a pine cone. New England
Gills:
Bright yellow to super dark orange/brown.
Stem:
1 inch to 3 inch, hollow-ish/fibrous like celery, light yellow.
Cap:
1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inch, Bright yellow to dark orange/brown, smooth, spherical, convex
Spore print color:
Waiting on print.
Bruising:
None that I could call bruising...some parts of the stem are dark, and there are age signs all over the mushrooms. A few of the caps have a greenish tint.
Other information:
I found TONS of these, hundreds, in one 10x10 area. I'll be borrowing a friends cam ASAP for close ups.

I do apologize, I'm trying to convince my friend to just lend me his cam' without coming over :-). (Good enough to borrow a cam from, not good enough to share treasures with...no that's not true...I just would rather say it wasn't from me :-).

The psathyrella look about right from the pics I could find, they ARE considerably less yellow...I'm still working on better pics... I greatly appreciate your contribution so far esp. considering the quality of pictures.
Regarding the variety of mushrooms...I am (without any particular training) certain that they are the same mushroom at different stages of decay, several of the color variations can be found coming from the same mycellium and it has been extremely cold here in Maine the past few weeks, so I imagine they've been dying for a bit. After 12 hours none have given spores (yet) and I'm using the same spore capture techniques I've employed successfully in the past.
